What's Your Story?: My name is Ben Wood. When i was younger i had no direction, i was in and out of lock-ups and placements. The last time i was sent away I knew i had to do something that would keep my head on strait, so i chose fighting. Originally i wanted to be a Thai boxer but there wasnt any promotions for that sport, only boxing and mma...i chose mma. I have been training for 4 years now.
